Our Staff

Real Deal Paintball Corporation prides itself in having the largest paid staff in the area. We pay our staff a competitive wage in dollars and cents, not paintballs like other fields. Our staff have gone through various training courses to make your paintball experience exceptional. These courses include customer service, referee, airsmith and first aid.

Management

The Boss - Dana

Brings twenty-five years experience in paintball to Real Deal and leans on his background as a Military Historian to create the area's best scenario games.

Residential Sergeant Major - Beth

Beth sets you up in the morning with gear and paint. She retired from paintball in 2000 but comes out of retirement to defend Canada's honour at the Canuck game at Paintball Barbados every year.

Customer Liaison Officer - Tim

Tim is a former Army Cadet and is our Customer Liaison Officer. He sets you up with gear and paint, and keeps the Refs on their toes throughout the day. You will also see him at Base Camp during Big Games making sure everything is running smooth as silk.

Referees

Chief Referee - Kyle - AKA "Jam"

Kyle is a former Army Cadet Warrant Officer and is our Chief Referee. His hobbies include yelling at the other referees, creating paintball sculptures and abusing our airsmith.

Senior Referee - Jason - AKA "Dutch"

Jason is a current Army Cadet Warrant Officer and is one of our first aiders. He's also an excellent cinematographer and is responsible for much of the footage seen on our Youtube station.

Senior Referee - Braeden - AKA "PhedEx"

Braeden has a dual role at Real Deal Paintball. He's a referee, but because he has been involved in track and field, and because the owner isn't 16, he's the Corporate Gopher. You will occasionally see him running from field to field to basecamp to main gate, if only for the amusement of others.

Senior Referee / Airsmith - Quinn - AKA "Sitting Bull"

Part Scottish, Part Native, Part Tabasco Sauce, Quinn is a proud graduate of the Paintball Training Institute's C1e, C2e and Tippmann Paintball Markers training program. He is also our resident lumberjack and spent a good amount of time clearing the Ardennes and Sherwood Forest for play.

Referee - Tiberius

Tiberius keeps your games fast paced and entertaining. In his spare time he builds paintball guns from scratch. Ask him about his pump gun.

Referee - Liam

Liam takes pictures as you respawning through the woods, capture the flag, and defend the village. In the off season he gives his hockey skates regular workouts.

While we are not currently hiring, we do like to have a list of resumes on hand for when we do require additional staff. Please forward your current resume to us and we will keep you on file for one year.

If you are a high school student who is interested in fulfilling your volunteer requirements with us, please get in touch! We have a number of occasions each year to assist in field work and other activities.
